Objective: understanding a little bit more the perfect organisation of the aviation world.
Conclusions: The job of an air traffic controller is highly complex and it involves a huge responsibility. The lives of millions of people and safety of flights depend on the right way of doing their job. There are plenty of procedures to be taken into account, which make this job very difficult. A good example of the difficulty involved lies in the radiotelephonic procedures in communications: they use a type of language that can only be understood by people involved in the field of aviation. All these people must have a perfect knowledge and command of English, the official language in this world. There are several ways of controlling air traffic depending on the flight progress. A flight is not always controlled by one controller but it changes as long as it flies.
